Do you want to know just how much water we use in everything we eat and do? Well, maybe not. But this site shows some very cool information graphics. You can see at a glance the amount of water for each product, country, etc.

wow this is really cool. Seriously I find this kind of information fascinating and in this case I also like the design. My only criticism would be it would have been interesting if on the interactive one online they put the products in sequential order from taking the least water to taking the most, or vice versa. That way you could make comparisons between the different products easier. Very cool find!

This is a great example of an information design. From the color usage to the simple cutout of the animal makes this design a success. Did you know that our governor has now since Friday declared California in a state of emergency because of our water shortage? This announcement from the governor to the importance of this poster regarding water usage makes this crisis something to really think about.
I love this. I saw a similar one with a comparison on how much water a single cow takes and how much water an apple takes. That was also very interesting to see. Great find
This is so facinating I would have never known we use so much water,It is an absolute waste. I love how the designer laid it out it looks like something you could definatly do. Which is simple yet effective.
